"Daddies, Daughters and Hairdos" Styling Class with GTC Cosmetology Clinic

In honor of Father’s Day, dads are invited to bring their daughters between the ages of 4-13 years old to a free class to learn how to style their daughter’s hair.

"Daddies, Daughters and Hairdos" will be offered Tuesday, June 12 from 6-8 p.m. and Saturday, June 16 from 10 a.m. to noon, and are hosted by the Greenville Technical College Cosmetology Clinic.

This two-hour class includes a lesson in detangling and one-on-one instruction in styling ponytails, braids, pigtails and buns of their daughter’s choice. Please bring your own preferred styling products, tools and accessories like hair bows, headbands, and hair ties. The goal is that fathers can learn to style hairdos they can repeat at home.

Each father-daughter pair will be partnered with a GTC Cosmetology student to teach hands-on skills and styling tips. Light refreshments will be served. Class is limited to the first 25 father-daughter duos to register.
